Is there a finish i could use that could protect the wood but also provide good adhesion to the ceramic i’ll be gluing to it? i’d love for it to be archival if possible. i usually use pc7 for my adhesive. for previous projects i’ve used painters’ tape to resist patches of plywood behind each tile and used white latex paint as the finish..
